How do I search for previous orders I have placed?
Press on the "Orders" button, than press the "Search" tab. Insert the range of date or the informations in the various fields to localise the order referred that you need the "Delivery Report".
Press the order number to open the booking informations than press the "Progress" tab. Press now on "Generate Delivery Report" to obtain immediatly the requested report.
How do I change my password?
Click on the Preferences button and select 'change password'.
Type in the new password and retype it to confirm and click Save.
How do I place an order for TV delivery?
The great thing about our system is that it is extremely intuitive to use. Seven simple steps guide you through the entire ordering process, from entering metadata via selecting the desired TV stations the commercial should be delivered to, through to final confirmation.
How do I know when an order is complete? Do I have to chase you for confirmation?
No, you don't.
You will be able to track the progress of all your orders via your login, and you will also be able to generate your own delivery reports and set up preferences of how you'd like to be notified when an order completes - email and SMS are both possible, and you can also add additional recipients if you'd like to keep your team informed.

How many countries do you deliver to?

Can I preset notifications I would like to receive?
Yes. Click on the Preferences button, then select the 'Orders' tab.
Simply tick the boxes for the types of notifications you would like to receive for all of Adstreams delivery services.
How do I track the progress of an Adstream booking?
Click on the orders tab. Listed under the Current tab are your orders currently in progress.
Click on an order number to open up the booking. Then click on the 'Progress' tab to view what stage your booking is at.
What benefits do I get from AdBanking my TVC’s when I place a TV dispatch order?
AdBanking your ads in adstream allows you to view the storyboard and clapper board of your TVC as well as watch the Quicktime file from your adstream account.

How do I get a key number?
Key numbers are created by you. They can be a combination of letters and numbers up to 13 characters relating to your commercial. This is how stations distinguish your ad to place it on air at the correct timeslot you have book time for.
What if I forget to take my order off hold and it’s the weekend?
The great thing about Adstream is you can log in from any computer at anytime of the day or night. You need to have your password and PIN handy, you just go to the site and search the order or key number and you can take it off hold at the push of a button. Alternatively you can call our after hours support team and they can also take the order off hold if you cannot get online.
